For example, they use solid wood doors, smooth level five drywall finish, beautiful lighting, marble surfaces, and stone tiles. They carve out thoughtful bookcases, wine storage, and smart closet spaces to give you the kind of quality amenities you would have chosen if you were building from the ground up. And should you elect to make additions–as I did–this duo happily accommodates and after you settle in, if you notice anything that needs tweaking, the Lendvai crew will promptly make the fixes. Above all, I have a great level of trust in John and Sarah. Their word is their bond and they go to great lengths to make themselves accessible to their clients long after closing.
