“I hired MediaCraft to install a whole house audio system and wire my home to have internet hard wired in every room. They also installed a nice big flat screen in our bedroom. They did a tremendous job and I can't recommend John and MediaCraft enough!
Since they did such a great job at my home I asked them to install a flat screen television in my conference room at my office. I didn't want any wires showing on the walls and they did exactly that. With the nice new flat screen on the wall in our conference room it allows me to conduct client meetings at a much higher and professional level. Clients love it! I also had them hard wire internet in each of our offices.
As pleased as I was with their professionalism and installation abilities I referred them to my father who had them design and install a theater system in his basement. “I had been searching for and reviewing customer comments for a number of home security companies for quite some time, for installation of a home security/surveillance system. It was a daunting task as all companies state they are the best in their field. It was upon the recommendation of my Farm Bureau insurance agent (John Fleur - whom I have the utmost trust in) that I ultimately connected with MARK Electronics in Shelby Township. Of course I did additional research on this company and ultimately met with Mark - the owner, as well as his son Matt - the installation coordinator. They both took the time to discuss what I wanted and what their company could offer. They would not accept any money down - only on completion and complete satisfaction with work. The work was scheduled. The crew - and I mean a crew of several technicians, arrived at the time scheduled. The crew leader reviewed again exactly what was going to be done and how it would be done and the approximate time it would take. To say how satisfied I was with their courtesy and professionalism as well as the end result would be an understatement. There was no messing around, no lollygagging. Each technician knew what needed to be done and did it. At the end of the day you would have not known they had been there - except for the exceptional work product they provided.
