“Design Consultation for a Kitchen Remodel project. Gordon Reese was wonderful! He arrived at my home on time, looked at the project, took many notes, listened to my ideas and spent an hour and a half discussing the pros, cons and City requirements for my project. I want to install a second window in my kitchen and Gordon talked with me about the number of cabinets to be removed, and the benefits of the installation. One week later, I met with Gordon again to go over costs for the project. He gave me a complete estimate - I was very satisfied with the numbers, and know that the remodel will be fantastic! I plan to have the kitchen completed in time for Thanksgiving dinner!”

“After hiring Levi Construction for kitchen remodeling project I wanted to make sure I share my experience with others. We purchased a home in Woodland Hills and needed a kitchen remodeling contractor in the area. We interviewed a few contractors but didn't find anyone we liked. Levi Construction did work for our old neighbors in L.A so we gave them a call. Avi met with us three times before we got into a contract. The first time we discussed the project, second time he had his designer Eti meet with my wife and I, third time they presented the design and estimate and we went with them. Having a 3d design really helped us have a vision of what we wanted and we loved Eti's ideas. They literally took the kitchen down to the studs and put in custom cabinets, granite , back splash, electric and plumbing and they installed new flooring throughout the house. Eti not only helped us with the design but also helped us pick out all the finishes. It all took 7 weeks to complete and we were impressed with their team. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive, definitely worth it. - Frank”

“Creative Spaces designed and built a mult-tiered kayak rack on our beach. The location was cumbersome and required them to watch the tides during construciton. The end result was beautiful, well constructed and has held up to the various weather elements (including Hurricane Sandy!).”

“Timeline Design designed and build our 6,000 sq ft house. They took our ideas and made them better. As the project progressed they improved the design and solved problems as the reality of the construction unveiled ways to make it better or address issues. This was done as a matter of course, not as a way to jack up the price through change orders. Most of these changes did, in fact, not change the price. Some did require extra or different materials or effort but these only added T&M charges. We are still delighted with our house 7 years after it was completed. Timeline Design still sends people out to fix or address any issues we have as they arise. Timeline Design is an honest, committed and talented designer/builder. I can't recommend them high enough!”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life!
