“Art and his crew did a wonderful, thorough job on multiple projects on our house including replacing and repainting much of our wooden siding, replacing the front columns of our house, installing new window units in our upstairs bedrooms, and repairing rotten rafters. They were very fairly priced, and even invoiced us for $350 less than the original invoice. We have used many different contractors in the past, and this is the first company we have used twice in a row and will continue to use. Art was present daily, and the job was completed (almost) on time with additional projects added that did not affect this time frame. In all cases work efforts were performed professionally in a timely manner, from arriving on time to work area clean-up. Presently they are repairing ceiling damaged caused by a sprinkler head leak. These efforts ranged from $200 to $$9,000+ since becoming TTCA's President, over the last few years the total amount spent with GPS is around $20,000+.”
