We can't say enough good things about Ian and his crew. Ian always arrived for meetings with us exactly when he said he would. He and his designer made great suggestions and helped us tweak our original plan to make our yard even better than we hoped. His crew work unbelievably hard and were very respectful of the fact we have young kids around. They always left the job site neat and tidy at the end of the day. They were wonderful in dealing with our neighbours, as well. Ian came by once or twice a day to make sure all was well with the project. “We worked with Lisa Webb at C&H Irrigation & Landscape to remodel our back yard into a patio. We were tired of the grass that our dogs had destroyed and as my wife said, “I just want it to be clean.” We could not have been happier with C&H Irrigation & Landscaping from start to finish. First Lisa worked with us and our landscape architect Ivy Street Design to change a few things around to help with our budget. Lisa helped us add lighting to the project which makes the patio very pretty at night. The project included a fire place (beautiful), a water feature (also beautiful) a large planter to help integrate the old patio and the new patio and a wonderful flagstone patio and walkway. The stone work is very well done. The new irrigation system works great. And, the lighting is wonderful. Lisa’s crew was always helpful and accommodating. They knew we had three dogs and they were always careful to put the fences back together at night. It was a pleasure to watch them work. The project was completed on time during the summer of 2016. The cost was +/- $65,000. The new patio is beautiful and I try to keep it clean.”

We set a meeting date and after talking with me and my daughter for a few minutes, she visualized and sketched out exactly what my extremely overgrown, fenced in courtyard needed. We now have a beautiful blue stone flagstone patio, flowering perennials, tea olive trees and mondo grass. Also, after the expert grooming the existing trees do not look like the same trees! “We hired Outer Image Design to construct our outdoor covered kitchen/cabana after interviewing with and bidding to several companies. We knew this was going to be a large project as we had several trees and beds that were going to be removed, stairs were going to be constructed down to our boat dock, and we also wanted to expand the deck area and remodel our in-ground pool. New landscaping (front and back yards) and upgrades to our sprinkler system were also included. One of the primary reasons we chose this firm (which was not the low bid) was the fact that Steve created a design which mirrored the existing exterior architecture of our house so closely that it appeared to be an extension of the house although it was a stand-alone structure. Steve prepared and submitted all the necessary paperwork for approval by the Architectural Control Committee of our Property Owner's Association. All small issues and other items we wanted addressed during the build were addressed professionally, and generally in a prompt manner. I was impressed by the friendliness of all Steve's subs, and even more so about how diligently they cleaned up the area each day. I had anticipated having to take down a long section of wrought-iron fence to gain access to the back yard area; however, they navigated all equipment and materials through the existing 4' wide gate and a narrow pathway past our pool pumps, meaning our neighbors were not inconvenienced at all. Although the project took much longer than we anticipated (April-October, with many delays and stops/starts due to weather and sub-contractor scheduling conflicts), the final product reflected a very high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. We've had neighbors who live across the cove comment on how beautiful it looks from the other side or from the water. Friends and family often refer to it now as our "resort area", and it's nice to be able to use our new facilities throughout the entire year.”
