“Two thumbs up! We just bought our first home and decided that our first project will be to remodel our kitchen. After a long research and reading many reviews of happy and unhappy home owners, we decided to get estimates from 3 different remodeling companies and ask for their opinion. The first representative that came to our place was very aggressive and seems like he doesn’t have any clue about remodeling and was just trying to make a sale. On the second estimate a nice guy came out but never Emailed us back with the proposal. Pearl Remodeling confirmed the appointment, showed up on time and got me a real estimate at the very same day! Their proposal was fair, not cheap but definitely competitive and we decided to go with them. I can’t describe how happy I was to find Ron! He taught us so many things and made this project clear to us from the very beginning; he was more like a consultant who spend 2 and half hours to explain us about the procedure, the risks and design Ideas which buy the way were amazing. Two days later Ron showed up with his Designer who helped us with the kitchen layout and explained to us how everything is going to work from demolition to completion. I know construction is not easy but Pearl made my kitchen remodeling project go much smoother that the usual, or so I’ve heard. It was only after that I’ve come to learn that they are the highest rated company on Yelp, no wonder….. Thank you Ron and Jacob for making this easy on us.”

“Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

Greenberg’s team did a fantastic job on adding a 780sqft In-Law unit with a custom kitchen, master suite, hardwood floor & lots of recessed lights. We decided to work with their home-designer and went for modern style. The unit came-out outstanding and they actually met expected deadlines. Their customer service and work ethic was exceptionally good. Whether you have a small or large job, I couldn’t recommend Greenberg Construction more highly.”

“We started working with Lasley Brahaney in 2004 and continue to do so today in 2013. Their architecture team managed to solve some difficult floor plans in our older home which is never an easy task. We purchased an older home in 2004 which originally served as an eating club and therefore did not have a traditional floor plan. With a couple of changes, they created a comfortable flow in the house which served our family very well and allowed us to entertain large and small parties with ease. With their team we also redesigned a kitchen, a garage and a covered porch to name just a few projects. The construction team at Lasley Brahaney is dedicated, kind and talented. We lived through almost every project we did with LB and their team made this possible. Also, I have never seen such a high level of dedication. Our basement was known to flood and after one terrible storm a member of LB construction team stopped by to see if our basement was ok. When he saw that it was flooded he went back to the office and brought me sump pumps and removed the water. What made this even more remarkable was we were not working on any projects with LB at that time. We recently moved to an old farmhouse and where our relationship with Lasley Brahaney continues.”
